Why this might replace my apple tv
While not very pretty, the Roku Netflix player could be just the thing to shake up the industry. While I currently subscribe to netflix and find the service to be a great value compared to renting in person. I don't own a windows machine although I realize most everyone else does, untethering netflix from the computer and bringing it into the living room is the perfect solution for a subscription model. If it comes in HD bye bye cable box in my house....
The only drawback, if I read the Product description correctly, is a pain in the ass. You have to fill your que from a computer first before you can use the box and continue to do so.
um, that is probably the stupidest thing i've heard in two days. Why make the best solution to content providing a two step two location process?
